Bigfork Soccer Club- Recreational

Bigfork Soccer Club offers a recreational soccer experience in the Flathead Valley for those players that are new to the game, players aiming to develop their skills, or are who looking for a soccer experience with less of a commitment than our competitive program. The goal of our recreational program is to help kids fall in love with soccer in a pressure free environment. Players will be exposed to all positions and playing time will be divided equally. Our coaches are encouraged to focus on having players spend as much time on the ball as possible and to have as much fun as possible doing so!

Who: The recreational program is open to all Pre-K players aged at least 4 years old through 6th grade aged players, boys and girls. Teams depend on participants and available coaches.

Practice/Games: Teams practice twice a week at Carlyle Johnson fields or Swan River School in Bigfork. Games for 1st and 2nd grades are Saturdays in Bigfork, and Kalispell, grades 3rd and up also may have games in Columbia Falls, or Whitefish.

Season:  5-6 Weeks. Start in early September.

PreK/Kinders – 6th Grade *depending on registrations and coaches

Gear: Recreational registration includes a jersey. All players are required to have cleats and shin guards for practices and games.

Fees: PreK & Kindergarten $75 (includes jersey) 1st – 6th $95 (includes jersey).

Coaching: The recreational program relies on volunteers, mainly parents, to coach the teams. We understand that this can be an intimidating step to make but encourage anyone interested to give it a shot! Coaches also receive a 50% discount off registration fees.
