The Bigfork Soccer Club offers a competitive soccer option for players looking for a greater level of commitment and offers a more challenging level of play. Players are not guaranteed equal play time at the competitive level, and there is more travel involved. Practices generally run an hour and a half, up to three times per week with games on weekends. Coaches undergo additional training, and each team is required to have one parent go through the referee training program in order to help at a game if needed. Most games are in Kalispell, Whitefish, Polson, Columbia Falls, Bigfork or Libby, with potential travel beyond the greater Flathead Valley including Missoula or Helena.

We are hoping to place a boys and girls team in each age group:
U9/10: Birth years 2014-2015
U11/12: Birth years 2012-2013
U13/14: Birth years 2009-2011

Evaluations:
Players who did not play last season may need to be evaluated for placement depending on numbers. If that is the case, you will be contacted directly by a coach to set up a time.

Dates:
Practices will be held 2-3 days per week. Starting as early in April as possible. If we are able to secure some indoor space we will hold invited practices earlier in the season.

Games:
Teams will play at minimum four Saturdays (two games per day). In addition, teams will attend the 3 Blind Refs tournament (Kalispell) and the end of season MT State Tournament (TBD). Additional tournaments are optional and will come with additional fees.

Cost:
$275 Includes home / away jerseys, team registration for 3 Blind Refs and 2024 Showcase tournaments.
